Sabor A Son
Sabor a Son has been formed in 1996. It is composed of ten musicians under the direction of Fino Gomez, who plays the Tres, composer and arrangements maker.
Their repertoire is essentially made of traditional Son, originated in the orient region of Cuba, as well as original compositions.
World known musicians, like the trumpet player Alfredo "Chocolate" Armenteros, or percussionists like "Changuito" (ex Los Van Van), Miguel Anga Diaz (ex Irakere), the violinist Alfredo de la Fe, the singers Camilo Azuquita, Yuri Buenaventura, the trombonist Jimmy Bosch etc. have played with Sabor a Son.
Sabor a Son has also played as the first part of music shows of Willie Colón, Celia Cruz, José Alberto "El Canario", and others.
